Embrace Yourself and Don't Let What Others Think Get You Down

Just when you thought an immature kid grew up into an adult. you give them the internet and a computer to hide behind and they turn into a 12 year old all over again.

The person who never in a million years would insult anyone just because they might be overweight turns into a mean teenage punk who suddenly has all kinds of things to say.

Why hide behind your computer?

Let me paint the real picture of this scenario.

What you really have is someone who has low self esteem, and generally leads a very miserable life. Therefore the only way this miserable person can even feel the tiniest bit good about themselves is to try and tear someone else down.

The easiest, non confrontational way? Go to someone's blog and say mean things about how fat someone is, or how they are not attractive etc etc.

But it won't work... you know why?

Because You are not a miserable human being like they are. Accept the fact that you are not perfect. That you might be overweight or maybe you don't look exactly like the super models in magazines. Big deal. Some people will like you and some people won't, and some people don't care one way or the other. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. It only matters what you think. Not some unknown person who talks big while hiding behind a computer. This is America, it's a free country and people can think how they want and people can be attracted to whoever they want. The fact that you accept yourself and don't care if someone think bad things about you takes away the bullets from their mean words.

The only people who get offended when someone calls them fat, is a fat person who doesn't accept the fact that they are fat. Fat shouldn't be a bad word. If you are fat, you're fat. Big Deal. You can try to loose the weight or accept yourself for who you are and love yourself for it.

When you start to think positive about yourself, others will notice. Then when someone decides to say something mean or hateful you can sit back and laugh because you know this individual is immature, clueless, and probably miserable with themselves.
