Plus Size Women Need Clothes That Are Made For Their Bodies

In this article I would like to talk about helping plus size women make sure the clothes that they are looking at are in fact made for plus size women. Let me explain. What some designers do is take their "skinny" styles and patterns and use them to make the same shirt in a bigger size. What I am trying to say is that that pattern was made for a size 4, not a size 14. It may seem like no biggie, but what happens is the neckline gets lower, the overall length gets longer and the arm holes are too tight. The plus size looks JUST like the cute tiny t shirt, but once you attempt to put it on you noticed your arm won't quite fit through the arm hole. Arrrggg! Nothing can make you feel worse than not being able to fit into the largest size available.

Please, save yourself the agony and heartache of buying clothes that just don't fit. Instead find clothing lines that are made specifically for curvy ladies. The patterns they use are unique to your bodies. This being the case you are more likely to find several posh outfits that fit, as compared to maybe one or two.You might want to check out a site called "missphit.com". They have very cute, sophisticated, and playful clothes that are also reasonably priced to boot. Torrid.com also has wonderful options for plus size women.

This is another classic example of how plus size women need to embrace their uniqueness and buy clothes that FIT their bodies. Another great idea is to check out specific stores websites, and under their "about us" page they will usually give details about the quality and process they use to create their clothing. Compare different fabrics, cuts, and styles. Have fun with the hunt of finding great clothes and hopefully after reading this article you have learned some helpful hints. There are many options out there available to you...go find them!

Thank you for reading this article, and I really hope to hear some of your own personal experiences in shopping for designer plus size womens clothing.
