After Cheap Skinny Jeans? 5 Essential Tips For the Plus Size Lady

If you're a plus size women like me, skinny jeans aren't necessarily at the top of your fashion list. Ironically these thigh slimming, buttocks shaping, leg lengthening, and stomach flattening jeans are typically marketed at the very women who need none of those advantages.

The good news is I haven't let my plus size stop me from looking sexy in jeans and I hope my top five tips help you too.

Tip 1 

Plus size ladies need to stick together, and our skinny jeans team colour is either blue or black. Darker colours will help flatter your curves and are a perfect complement to colourful flowing tops.

Tip 2

Plus size girls need to consider beautiful flowing tops that settle by or below your derrière. Anything shorter and you risk looking slightly out of proportion.

Tip 3 

Footwear will finish off your sexy jeans look. If you're a shorter lady try high heeled booted with your jeans tucked in for that special leg lengthening look. If you're a taller girl try wearing flats for that more proportioned look.

Tip 4 

Once you've found a nice pair of skinny jeans, try them on. If you find it impossible to bend or sit down don't buy them. Remember jeans come in different widths of "skinny" and can vary from the super skinny of around 25cm hem width to a slightly more forgiving 35cm.

Tip 5 

Above all ensure your skinny jeans are comfortable and fit well. If your jeans are too tight they will work against the look you are trying to achieve.

Fashion accessories are a must for any girl and buying cheap skinny jeans is a great way to maintain that all important look you are after.
